Turning a page on putting.

MLA is the short version of Multiple Line detector Activation. Basically it contains of patterns that your brain is able to pick up, interpret and make use of in your daily life. We took this interesting piece of fact and turned it in to a putter. One that can help you aim better.

The MLA-pattern is based upon years of research and development in the field of visual perception. Tests show that it activates more of your brain’s natural line detection, giving you an upper hand on the green.

If you are looking to improve your game you should know that scientific studies have shown that MLA can help you to raise your aiming technique with as much as a 42 %. Just imagine what effect that could have on your game in general.

Science made it possible. Passion made it happen.

The first putter that David Sevon designed was a steel creation with the same dimension as a golf ball and with a welded shaft. 1989 was the year.

Seven years further down the road David started to play around with a prototype that used the very heart of the MLA-technique.

After nine years of fine tuning his idea of the perfect putter David made contact with Lennart Högman, a PhD scientist with over twenty years of studying visual perception, to match David’s dream. Lennart took a great interest in the project and his conclusion still stands today:

The pattern on the MLA putter activates more line detections, causing a reaction that can actually improve the way you aim on green.
